Turbochargers.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Turbochargers.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Turbochargers.com, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Ordering Procedure

Turbo charging is one of the most popular performance lines on the market. What does that mean to you as a customer, hard to get products. Turbochargers.com stocks more turbo charging specific parts then anyone else in the USA for the lines we carry. Parts turnover is quick. So when you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not instock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.

If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return or that are damaged MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Turbochargers.com Warehouse are shipped via UPS or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Turbochargers.com or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.

Turbochargers.com DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Turbochargers.com, we will except the package back and reimburse you for the return shipping on your next order with us. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

To return a item back to us, please do the following:

• Contact a Turbochargers.com Representative to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
• Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unusable
• Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
• Include a copy of your receipt
• Write a brief description of the problem with the product
• If you have a receipt for the return shipping include as well
• We DO NOT accept any freight collect packages

Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.

Payment Terms

Turbochargers.com accepts all credit cards with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. Turbochargers.com also accepts Paypal.com, money orders, and wire transfers. All orders can be completed online if applicable or by phone at 1 800-749-7111. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of currency exchange rates.

We accept ALL major credit cards including AMEX and DISC.

Warranty

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Turbochargers.com does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly.

Turbos that clearly state a warranty on the site can be sent through Turbochargers.com. In the event the warranty is not a defect and that of a user error, the end user will be responsible for all cost, this includes but is not limited to freight, inspection, cleaning repair. In this situation the customer will be contact and given a explanation of the turbo failure and what to do in order to prevent premature failure in the future. The customer has the right not to repair the turbo but will still be responsible for the inspection and freight charges.

Price Matching

Turbochargers.com price matches against other companies to give you the customer the best possible price and service. For us to price match, the product must be:

• Sold by an authorized dealer
• Not a clearance item or group buy
• Must be instock at time of order
• Must be sold by an actual business, no auctions or personnel selling out of their home.
• Price must be verifiable
• Shipping is not included
