This is a brand new OEM/Stock Mitsubishi MHI 49378-01580 Evolution 9 turbocharger, manufactured in Japan by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Direct bolt in for all Evo 9’s or can be used with Evo 8 if install kit used.
