Whether you own a Dodge-Cummins, Ford Power Stroke or GM Duramax, BD’s new, electronically-controlled Boost Cooler water/methanol injection systems can effectively cool your engine’s intake charge, resulting in more power and cooler EGT’s.

By monitoring turbo boost, the Boost Cooler’s electronic module calculates the correct amount of water/methanol to be injected into the engine’s intake system. The atomized mixture not only cools the incoming air and produces a denser oxygen charge, the methanol becomes an additional fuel source, resulting in more power and a cleaner combustion chamber. In BD’s own testing, power increases of up to 70 rear wheel horsepower were achieved, while EGT levels dropped as much as 250 degrees.
