All items in stock will ship same day as ordered, if order is placed prior to 3:00pm. Some items are assembled to order, these must allow for a 5-7 business day period for assembly to be completed. All backordered or pre-order items will ship on a first come basis until all orders are filled.

Payment must be made prior to any item shipping or leaving Turbochargers.com. We will try to update this waiting process in any way that we can but all times given are an estimate and are able to change at any time. All net accounts must be in good standing or you will be placed on COD terms.

All packages will leave standard ground shipping unless other arrangements are made. This may be through numerous shipping agents and will be decided at time of shipping at our discretion. Shipping charges you incur may not be that of actual shipping cost.

Returns:

All returns must be accompanied with a RMA number. All packages without an RMA number will be refused.

There will be a 20% return charge on all uninstalled items. No installed item will be accepted as a return without prior approval.
